Draco norvillii, known as Alcock's flying dragon or Norvill's flying lizard, is a gliding agamid lizard recorded from Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh in north-eastern India. It has nine upper lip scales and a tail with alternating white and black bands. The base of the throat pouch is scarlet; the female's throat appendage is yellow and shorter than the head, and the lower half of her gliding membrane is red, stippled with white and yellow broken lines and spots (Wikipedia, general species account).

It feeds on insects and other small invertebrates. It was rediscovered after 118 years in the Jeypore Reserve Forest, Assam, by researchers from Gauhati University in 2012. The type locality is thought to be Doom Dooma in upper Assam, now Arunachal Pradesh. The Reptile Database also gives northern Myanmar, while Wikipedia calls the species endemic to India.
