Horsfield's gecko, also called Horsfield's flying, gliding or parachute gecko, is a gecko native to Asia. Its preferred habitat is forest, from sea level to 300 m. It may reach a snout-to-vent length of 8 cm and preys on small insects (Wikipedia, general species account).

It lays eggs, and the adult female lays a clutch of two, each egg measuring 13.7 by 11.9 mm. The account lists only South-east Asian countries; India appears only through the Reptile Database, which gives Mizoram, so its Indian range rests on that source.
