The Nepal fulvetta, or Nepal alcippe, is a bird of the family Leiothrichidae; the name alcippe is used because the fulvettas proper are not closely related to it. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forest. Two subspecies are recognised: nipalensis, in the central and eastern Himalaya to northern Myanmar, and stanfordi, in hill forest of south-western Myanmar (Chin Hills and Arakan Mountains) (Wikipedia, general species account).
The cached account gives no description, measurements or breeding information. SoIB 2023 rates it a Low conservation priority, a resident and altitudinal migrant forest bird with a Moderate range of about 102,000 km² and a stable long-term trend (Wikipedia, general species account; SoIB 2023).
