Raorchestes ravii
Habitat
Grassland and shola forest; 1,890-2,284m
Range
Naduvattam, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu; also reported from Mukurthi National Park
Raorchestes ravii was described from Naduvattam in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu, at about 1,890 metres above sea level. The first scientists to describe it found it on a tea farm. Since then it has been seen between 1,890 and 2,284 metres in grassland and shola forest, and there are reports from other places such as Mukurthi National Park (Wikipedia, general species account).
Scientists infer that it probably breeds through direct development, as other Raorchestes do (Wikipedia, general species account).
