Rufous Tube-nosed Bat

The greater tube-nosed bat is a bat with a body length of 4.2–5.7 cm, a tail of 3.6–4.1 cm and a wing length of 3.7–4.4 cm. It is found in India, Mongolia, China and Korea (Wikipedia, general species account).

Its call has twelve simple syllables and five composite ones with harmonics in the ultrasonic range. In aggression it bares its teeth, pulls up its wings and bites other animals, and males have stereotyped mating behaviour of shaking their bodies and licking their genitalia. The cached account gives no habitat or diet information (Wikipedia, general species account).
