The Baikal bush warbler, also known as the Baikal grasshopper warbler or David's bush warbler, is a migratory Old World warbler of the family Locustellidae. It breeds from the southern Russian Far East, including the Lake Baikal region, to north-east China (southern Heilongjiang south to southern Hebei) and North Korea, in taiga forests, especially in clearings or at streams, and winters from southern China south to northern Thailand (Wikipedia, general species account).
The cached account does not describe its occurrence in India and gives no description or breeding information. SoIB 2023 lists it as a winter migrant of wetland that eats invertebrates, without a priority category (Wikipedia, general species account; SoIB 2023).
