Gerbillus nanus
Range
Morocco across North Africa, Arabia, the Middle East and western Asia; a separate population in Pakistan and north-western India
Size
Head and body 140–235mm; tail 80–145mm
The Balochistan gerbil, or dwarf gerbil, is a medium-sized, slender gerbil that somewhat resembles Wagner's gerbil. The upperparts are yellowish brown tinged with grey, because the hair bases are grey, and the underparts and inner limbs are white with a sharp line between the two. There are separate white patches above the eye and behind the ear and a large white patch on the rump. The account gives head and body length as 140–235 mm and tail as 80–145 mm (Wikipedia, general species account).
It is distributed mainly from Morocco across North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, the Middle East and western Asia, with a separate population in Pakistan and north-western India. The cached account gives no information on its habitat, diet or breeding (Wikipedia, general species account).
