Polypedates teraiensis, also known as the perching frog, six-lined tree frog or Terai tree frog, is a frog of the family Rhacophoridae. It has been seen between 40 and 1,800 metres above sea level (Wikipedia, general species account).
In north-eastern India it begins breeding after the first few rains of the rainy season, around March. It produces foam nests, normally attached to vegetation above shallow temporary still water but also found on logs or the walls of houses. Full development from fertilisation to the emergence of the froglet lasts 58 days (Wikipedia, general species account).
