The cached account is for the black-browed bushtit, also known as the rufous-fronted bushtit. It is a small, long-tailed bird 11–12 cm long, with grey upperparts, a rufous breast and flanks and a white belly. The head is buff with a broad black mask, a white forehead and a white bib speckled black in the centre. The subspecies sharpei of western Burma has white rather than buff on the head, a dark breastband and a buff belly (Wikipedia, general species account).

The account places the species in mid-southern China and sporadically in Myanmar, in boreal and temperate forests, and does not describe its occurrence in India, so its status on the Indian list should be checked; some populations have been treated as separate species. SoIB 2023 lists it as a resident and altitudinal migrant forest bird that eats invertebrates, without a priority category (Wikipedia, general species account; SoIB 2023).
