Basic stats

Habitat

300-1,350m; breeds in pools of water

Theloderma albopunctatum is a tree frog of the family Rhacophoridae that the general account gives as endemic to China, possibly also in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, seen between 300 and 1,350 m. Similar frogs in India, Myanmar and Thailand are provisionally attached to it but are suspected to be a complex of related species. Records exist for Arunachal Pradesh (Sarkar and Ray, 2006) and Nagaland (Ao, Bordoloi and Ohler, 2003) (Wikipedia, general species account; published India records).

It breeds through larval development in pools of water. The cached account gives no description of the frog's appearance, and its Indian identity is not settled (Wikipedia, general species account).
