The white-crowned penduline tit is a bird of the family Remizidae whose breeding range extends from Central Asia throughout eastern Kazakhstan and northern Mongolia, with an isolated year-round population in northern China. It has two wintering ranges: one from the south-eastern rim of the Caspian Sea through eastern Iran and the other mainly in Pakistan. Its natural habitats are boreal and temperate forests (Wikipedia, general species account).
The cached account does not describe its occurrence in India and gives no description, measurements, diet or breeding information. SoIB 2023 lists it as a winter migrant of wetland that eats invertebrates, without a priority category (Wikipedia, general species account; SoIB 2023).
