Bufoides kempi, Kemp's Asian tree toad, also called the Garo Hills toad, is a poorly known true toad endemic to Meghalaya. It is known with certainty only from its type series of two syntypes collected above Tura, at about 760 m in the Garo Hills, no later than 1919; there is also a possible record from around 2009 (Wikipedia, general species account).

The two types measure 30 and 17 mm in snout-vent length, the smaller a sub-adult, and both are unsexed. The snout is rounded. Preserved, they are black beneath, and the larger has an olive-brown back while the smaller is black throughout (Wikipedia, general species account).
