Davison's leaf warbler, also called the white-tailed leaf warbler, is a leaf warbler (family Phylloscopidae). Eugene Oates described it in 1889 as Acanthopneuste davisoni from Mount Mulayit, naming it after the collector William Ruxton Davison. A form was treated as a subspecies, intensior, in 1956, and molecular work later showed the old grouping was not a natural one, so intensior was raised to full species in 2018 (Wikipedia, general species account).

It inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forest. The cached account gives its range as China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam and does not mention India, so its place on the Indian list should be checked (Wikipedia, general species account).
